A purchase agreement, to which these Terms and Conditions apply, is only concluded when Holtbo & Partners Handelsbolag has confirmed the Customer's order in writing and the Customer has received the order confirmation. We encourage the Customer to save this order confirmation for any subsequent contacts with us.

When ordering via the Website, the prices stated on the Website apply (with reservation for typographical errors). All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. The prices do not include invoice or shipping fees, which are stated separately, if applicable.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes to these Terms and Conditions will be published on the Website. Changes apply from the time the Customer has accepted the Terms and Conditions (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting the Website), or 30 days after Holtbo & Partners Handelsbolag  has informed the Customer of the changes. However, we recommend that the Customer stays updated on the Website regularly to be notified of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
